How's the finishes and workmanship of this Malaysian developer, IOI and the Taiwanese main contractor, Da-Cin Construction ?

This is IOI first mass market project in Singapore, and also Da-Cin first project in Singapore, based on their own corporate info provided.

    The problem is these completed projects are one, upmarket segment; two, they're JVs with CDL and Ho Bee, respectively. So, how are they being apportioned to IOI ?
